Deceit

Negative, JustMe. I do not despise Vineyard and never claimed that I did. I feel that his mental illness and violent background excuse much of his conduct. If you don't mind some advice, you need to forgive that man. "Forgive and forget" is not a Biblical command, but forgiveness is. Your bitterness at Jim is hurting you emotionally and is leading you to post bad advice.

Is this something like the "mental illness" you claimed that Jack Hyles had? Preable?

Vince, Vince, Vince!!!!  Are you really JoA?  Please Vince go to Mc Donalds and order a large order of French Fries.  Eat them and maybe, just maybe you can get those few French Fries that your Happy Meal is short of.  You are all over the map and we all are trying to get you to see it.  As I said when I first questioned your going to work for Vineyard, be consistant!!!

The problem for a liar is that they must always remember what they have said because someone else will.  I hope you are not a liar but you clearly cannot remember the things you have siad and you contradict yourself my friend.

Bitter???????  That is first place all "brainwashed" xers always go.  I have heard it from every IFBx preacher I have sat under and quit frankly it is just another of their duck and cover routines to take the focus off of them so they can continue doing their wrong doings.

Now, Vince of Arc, go take your medications.

JustMe, you have traveled up and down this forum making false accusations. You stated that I am using Jim Vineyard's methods. Yet I have not violently attacked three staff members, never protected violent gangs, never gave unearned awards to ungodly students, and never attached slanders to anybody's records. You're so bitter at Jim that you are bitter at people who have forgiven him.

Your bitterness at Jim Vineyard might be justified, but it is still wrong. You have to forgive the man for whatever he did to you. We are told that above all things we are to have fervent charity among ourselves. Fervent charity among ourselves is more important than justice. God can (and possibly already has) dealt with Jim. You need to forgive him, and if you don't have the grace to do so, you need to ask God for it.

Well Vince, you once again duck and cover.  I never said you did any of those things you just mentioned, now did I?  Of course not and you just used another of your well learned Vineyard technicques.  He really did greatly influence you and now you are trying so hard to deny it.

It ain't working my friend, but I will let you continue your apparent effort to get us all to act like Vineyard never happened.  But please quit being for him in one sentence and against him in the next. Or as I have said over and over, be consistent!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that there is a medical definition of what JOA or Preable has, it's some form of Psychosis or Schizophrenia maybe?

No, JustMe, I am not using Duck and Cover. I have stated clearly that you are traveling around this forum making false accusations, and you are. You have stated clearly that I am using Jim's methods, and I am not.

Now, why don't you tell us what Jim did to you? You are condemning me for obeying the Biblical commands to forgive him, so it might have been pretty serious.  What did Jim do to you?

Sorry my friend, but I am glad that you have forgiven him and I never condemned you otherwise, but I ask you a question. If you have forgiven him why are you on the FFF trashing the one you have "obeyed the Biblical command to forgive"?

Was thinking the same thing, but you beat me to it!

No  problem, Kaba. I am doing a series on Deceit, and I am showing that deceit is a deeply-rooted, deeply integral part of the FBCH/HAC system. Jim and his gangsters, along with Dave Hyles, not telling us that they were unaccredited, keeping false records, giving unearned awards, etc., are only evidences of the deceit, and that is why I am listing them.

Am I the only one who thinks that Vince makes little to no sense at all? :-\

IMHO
Guilt is getting to Vince after all these years.
I can relate to that.

Vineyard's Gangsters were in full swing when Dr. Evans announced in chapel that HAC was giving out eight Who's Who Awards for academic excellence. Evans then sneered that we weren't known for our academics, but for our soul-winning, so they were going to give the awards to students who represented the ideals of HAC. We sat and watched as some of the ungodliest students who ever disgraced HAC were brought up to receive awards they hadn't earned. Some were members of Vineyard's Gangsters. One had earned the nickname "Foulmouth" from his fellow students.

Just name one.....

No you are not alone.  I picked up on it since his arrival on the OBC page.

Thats fine, but one minute you are trashing them and then next you are praising them! Just makes me shake me head in confusion.

I don't recall praising Dave Hyles, but you have a valid point. Every Christian is some mixture of good and evil, including the Apostle Paul. It is not sinful to point out that there were good things at HAC, nor is it sinful to get reconciled to Christians who have wronged you. But HAC was corrupted by its strongly-rooted deceit, while they taught us that it was sinful to even question them. It is not sinful to help HAC's victims by showing them that HAC has no moral authority to judge them, condemn them, evaluate them, label them, etc.

Vince,

You are a case for sure.  Aparently a true product of you trainers.  I trust all goes well for you.

Just me

Vince,

Question?

If a young person came to you for advice about a college to attend and they were considering either HAC or OBC. What would you tell them and why?
