I don't blame you for another non-answer.  It might actually be quite telling if, as a moderator,  you answered some of the questions put to you, like whether The Big O is an appropriate topic of conversation on a Christian forum.

I believe the question the moderators have to answer is this:  do you want to moderate the forum, or participate on the forum.  Because to try to do both -- imho -- is next to impossible. 

It is like a basketball ref who also wants to suit up and play on one of the teams.  They are trying to take jump shots with the whistle in their mouths.

Good luck getting an answer.  The very fact that these issues are being danced around and outright avoided goes to the heart of the "moderation philosophy" and this whole mess of late.
