Who, in their right mind, eats Brussel Sprouts?
I do. As to whether I'm in my right mind or not, that's up for debate.

Steamed till just tender then dipped in melted garlic butter... Oh yeah! Or, cut in half, drizzled with olive oil, seasoned and roasted... BOO-YAHH!

I'm not a vegetarian by any stretch but I do love my veggies.

Always hated them, but around 30 years ago they discovered what makes them taste horrible and engineered it out of them. So they're tolerable.
i love brussel sprouts.... and we cook them pretty much the same way abcaines described..... they are good served along steak... 😋...when i first saw them as a kid i thought they were baby cabbages... i didn;t find out until i was in my early 20s that they didn;t come from brussels belgium.... 😯

no way.... i draw the line at liver and onions....liver is a filter for the blood stream that catches and keeps all the diseases and toxins.. ☠️... and onions over power the taste of everything they are added to...🧅.... in fact i even unsuscribed from one of the cooking channels i use to watch because the chef kept putting onions in everything.... ...on one show he made a comment that if people didn;t like onions they could go follow someone else....... so i took his advice... ...:sneaky:

You mean to say brussel sprouts are all GMO now!?
 
from what i understand creamed corn and flour... plus a little bit of yeast to make the mixture ferment.... makes a good catfish bait.... 🎣 ..and liver makes good catfish bait all by itself....
That should be reason enough not to eat that stuff.
