Any "Glee"/sodomite fans present among us?

I'm coming out of it too, but going in a different direction. Conservative evangelicalism is no longer a real good fit for me. I'm heading towards the mainstream.

I'd reconsider. Mainstream evangelicalism believe one can deny "the historic Five Fundamentals" and still be saved. BTW, I'm with Al, you seem to be a good person here

I don't judge anyone else's salvation, but I don't plan on joining any church that doesn't believe in the Five Fundamentals and in the content of the major historic Christian creeds (whether or not they believe in using creeds).

And thanks, I like you too. :-*

Glee is in large part about desensitizing the culture towards gay relationships and forwarding their agenda.  Do you think that Christians should advocate art with such an anti-Christ message?

I have never seen Glee, but it's hardly the only show with a gay agenda.  Even the cooking shows glorify gay people.

I watch The Food Network regularly, and I don't remember any gay chefs on it. Some might be, but if so they never mentioned it.

I would hate to know that professing christians are watching that trash. :-[

Well, I would hate to know that professing Christians would concern themselves with what other people are doing, instead of minding their own business and taking care of their own lives.

But that's what Xers do.

(Like...... I am shocked that an Xer would be talking about gays, again, one more time, as in deja vu.)  :(

Bob L, are you saying you don't concern yourself at all about other peoples business? And why call me an x'er?

My favourite cooking show (now long off the air) had a chef who never admitted on-air that he was gay, but it wouldn't have been much more obvious if he'd done the show in a big pink chef's toque.

Frankly, though, the appeal of the program was that a) their recipes could be prepared quickly with easily obtained ingredients, and b) the banter between himself and his (female) co-host.

If not for homosexuality, the psycho-fundies would die of boredom.

I, for one, am a big fan of sodomites.

Those little buggers sure can sing!

That French Canadian is coming out.

Then why didn't you say that? Afraid that the average person on her couldn't follow that type of sentence?

I don't know about the average poster, but you obviously are used to getting in touch with your inner Glee, so you go girl.

I'm proud of you Boob, you wrote more than two sentences without referencing the Stealers.

Heh. You can't always tell. There are straight metrosexuals, some of whom may appear to be flamers but only dig chicks, and there are macho gay guys. Maybe that English chef with a military bearing and huge biceps (I can't remember his name) on Dinner Impossible is one of them? And maybe Paula Dean is a closet bull dyke? We just discovered she was a closet diabetic, who couldn't eat most of the high fat, high carb stuff she cooked.

No. What is your point?  Because you are a dolt, do you think implying that I am gay is supposed to raise my ire and get me to respond in junior high antic fashion?

This ain't the place for those who have thin skin

Seems to me the one with the thin skin is the girly man that started this thread.

You seem to be the Glee follower here ALAYMAN .  And NO I don't think you should be watching it. shame on you!

I don't know if you're trying to be funny here, or you're just ignorant, but I've never watched it a day in my life.  A godly elderly man in my congregation asked me to look at a Church of God (Herbert Armstrong) publication regarding several interesting matters regarding Israel and prophecy.  His interest wasn't the Glee piece.

Now if you don't have anything substantive to add why don't you go back to the cesspool and bicker with Vic.

Sorry AGAYMAN. Didn't know you were so thin skinned.  Now go back to your show tunes.

Jesus gave the 'love command' in some context.
God hates homosexuality but loves homosexuals.
God hates adultery but loves adulterers.
God hates lies but loves liars.

God commands men to repent, confess and forsake their sin.
I believe we could all agree to that sentiment.

The world system has, is and will continue to do all it can to make sin acceptable.
I have never seen Glee, but wouldn't doubt that it's programmed to do such.....

Guess you need to ask AGAYMAN about that  he seems to be the expert on Glee
