Some lives may indeed hang in the balance. But, with a recovery rate of 99+%, I don't see the need for these vaccines. I never will see the need, especially after having lived through Covid 2x. Lives hang in the balance with the regular flu, with colds, etc. There are many who will swallow the government kool-aid, and that's their prerogative...their CHOICE. With the constant barrage of BS from the government and the MSM on the "need for vaccination', they are just pushing those who are against it further away. There truly isn't any need to have nearly EVERY story given through the MSM including the stories of Covid. It doesn't convince me...and I'm sure it doesn't convince millions of others either!

And??? I am a hefty man...weight of over 300 lbs. This weight was gained because of the doctor's continued use of steroids on me to bolster my immune system. I have bilateral Meniere's disease, diabetes, COPD, asthma, and several other medical challenges. Yet, I lived through the regular strand and the Delta variant of Covid. Seems strange to me that there are many other's who have done it as well. Again...not really any need for this "shot."

And I have acknowledged that there are people who die from it. But, there are also people who die from the flu, colds and stomach ulcers...Your point? And to be frank...are you compiling those numbers from the whole "pandemic," or are you posting a number from this year?

We are moving toward the two year mark so that would put it in the neighborhood of 360K per year compared to an average flu season of 20k dying. It's not really comparable to the flu. The point, in case it's not obvious, is that while most survive COVID, there are many who do not. Even those who do survive it may be left with lifelong breathing problems.

Like Alayman, my wife has a compromised immune system and we both took the vaccine early on. I have been exposed to Covid more than a few times and thankfully never infected. The statistics do show that vaccines do limit the number of cases snd the severity of cases. Regardless of the shuck and jive from the powers that be, that is true. Anecdotal evidence aside. The virus is real. People, sadly, have and do die from Covid. The power play from some in control do not negate the facts.
I don’t care if you, Alayman or anyone else does or doesn’t take the vaccine. The stupidity propagated here about the virus is a joke and the reason those who feel like I do are lumped with the idiots to neutralize pushback.

The simple point was that she may have died regardless of whether she had taken the vaccine or not, but weighing the risks and probabilities according to the filters provided by overwhelming statistics that I lean towards believing would have given her a much better chance of living.

Nobody's faulting you for taking the vaccine if you believe that's what you need to make you feel safe. My wife and I don't feel safe or trust in a shot that hasn't had long-term trials. I've NEVER said that the virus isn't real. If that's what you're implying I said, then you're less intelligent than I thought. I'm well aware that people die from this virus, having lost several friends and a couple of relatives to it. As far as your "statistics," they can, and have been manipulated, and then readjusted several times, even with the CDC admitting such. The "facts" as you put them, have been manipulated as well...that, too, has been acknowledged on several different occasions by the WHO, and the CDC.

I have no concern whether or not I’m faulted or not for having taken the vaccine. Under the same circumstances I would take the vaccine tomorrow all things being equal. I wasn’t specifically referencing you as one who has denied whether or not the virus was real or a tool of the ruling class to control us. As to my intelligence, I’d say I’m near the top percentile of those on this thread…which equals being a tall munchkin in Munchkin Land.
The facts are…more vaccinations less COVID cases and fewer hospitalizations and deaths from COVID.
There may be anecdotal exceptions, but those are the facts.

I don't have the by age breakdown but just taking the general numbers, if he hadn't been vaccinated his chances would have been far worse. 722k total have died of COVID of those 4.4k were fully vaccinated.

Mere speculation...there truly is no way to know what his chances would be. And the numbers given on deaths...are these covid ONLY deaths? Or are they deaths with covid as a contributing factor? The numbers have been bouncing back and forth for so long, no wonder people question the number of deaths.

If they are counting deaths with contributing factors then the vaccinated deaths would also be much lower, once again proving their effectiveness. I'll show you options assuming the cabal had gotten to all the body counters and had doubled the number of people who actually died of COVID. You can be part of a group that have had 360,000 deaths or part of a group that has had 2,200 deaths.

Still GOVERNMENT controlled numbers, which have been proven to have been manipulated. I don't take ANYTHING from the GOVERNMENT at face value anymore. Especially when the government is helping the MSM, and the MSM is helping the government to do these manipulations. They're censoring anything that doesn't agree with their narrative...anything that can prove they're wrong. That's called censorship and was a favorite tactic of Lenin, Hitler, Mussolini, etc. I'm gonna be one that's not so easy to convince with charts and graphs supplied by GOVERNMENT sources.
