What are you saying? You think I can't get it right? It is a good song.Seems lately to be the case in my life! UGH! I just can't get it right!
@voicecrying ....Gordy, you'll like this song!
Nope, I just knew that your taste in music, like mine, is eclectic. I liked it the first time I heard it.What are you saying? You think I can't get it right? It is a good song.
One of the greatest, though personally, I’d rank George Jones ahead of him, probably Randy Travis too.He told me many years ago when we were in Baptist Hospital in Nashville, TN at the same time, that he hurt himself often, but not on purpose. He blamed getting older. I asked him about this song. He seemed quite proud of its success.

Yes, sir. Several times. Also, George Jones, Dolly Parton, Steve Earle, John Mellencamp. etc. My dad's cousin was Bobby Helms who sang Frauline, Jingle Bell Rock, My Special Angel, etc. My baby brother is also a singer/songwriter. I used to sing years ago. I also knew Little Richard, and my father-in-law was a playmate of James Brown, and my mother-in-law used to take care of his step father in the Blue Goose VA hospital in Augusta, GA. Knowing famous people isn't hard to do.You met Cash?
