Ahhh yes, from a child abuser,....

You're a LIAR.

And shame on you for your libel against brother Roloff.

I've posted in the past the allegations brought against Roloff for abuse in his "homes"

Here's an example if you forgot
In 1973, Roloff’s the Rebekah Home was in investigated by authorities for suspected abuse after a visiting couple saw a young girl being whipped. When welfare workers showed up to inspect the home, Roloff refused them entry, saying it infringed on the separation of church and state. Fortunately, Texas Attorney General John Hill didn’t share that view and filed suit against Roloff Evangelistic Enterprises.

Eventually, 16 girls would come forward and tell of whippings, imprisonment, and being handcuffed to drainpipes at the hands of Rebekah Home staff. Lester Roloff defended these methods as solidly rooted in scripture. Of the charges pending against his abusive methods, Roloff said, “Better a pink bottom than a black soul.” Attorney General Hill said it wasn’t pink bottoms he objected to but ones that were black, blue and bloody. (Texas Monthly)

Aren't whippings and spanking Scriptural?

Imprisonment?

What did the state of Texas define as "imprisonment"?

Also, concerning the statement about girls supposedly being handcuffed to drainpipes.

If that were so, one has to ask, why exactly did the staff have to do that?

Is it possible that the girl being handcuffed was a threat to herself and also to others at the time when staff handcuffed her? Keep in mind the background of some of the girls which were brought into these homes.

Coming from a background of drugs,  fornication,  rock n' roll , etc. There is no telling where a lot of these girls were mentally and what severe issues they may have had as they were brought into the Roloff homes.

You are one sick puppy! If your brains were gasoline you would not have enough gas for a piss-ant to ride his mini-bike around the inside of a Cheerio.

No the one who is sick is you. Knowing the likes of apostates like yourself, you would most likely defend hellish things like rock n' roll. Absolutely disgusting.

Only a corrupt apostate like you would be more concerned a genre of music than the abuse of precious souls by religious monsters. You are no better than the abusers as you defend them & justify their evil...you are a son of the devil!

If you mean the poetic language of Proverbs?, Does God still send vultures after insolent children? btw, I agree with the comment in the article, "Attorney General Hill said it wasn’t pink bottoms he objected to but ones that were black, blue and bloody."

John 8; 1 But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives.
2 At dawn He went to the temple complex again, and all the people were coming to Him. He sat down and began to teach them.

3 Then the scribes and the Pharisees brought a woman caught in adultery, making her stand in the center. 4 “Teacher,” they said to Him, “this woman was caught in the act of committing adultery. 5 In the law Moses commanded us to stone such women. So what do You say?” 6 They asked this to trap Him, in order that they might have evidence to accuse Him.

Jesus stooped down and started writing on the ground with His finger. 7 When they persisted in questioning Him, He stood up and said to them, “The one without sin among you should be the first to throw a stone at her.”

8 Then He stooped down again and continued writing on the ground. 9 When they heard this, they left one by one, starting with the older men. Only He was left, with the woman in the center. 10 When Jesus stood up, He said to her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?"

11 “No one, Lord,” she answered.

“Neither do I condemn you,” said Jesus. “Go, and from now on do not sin anymore.”

Do you see what grace does?

You are sure one to talk. You don't even believe that the Holy Bible is perfect and inerrant.

Again, spanking is not abuse. It is Scriptural.

Lester Roloff was a Bible believing Christian. And he cared for the troubled, down and out, young teens who were in need of guidance, help, a miracle, and most importantly salvation.

Brother Roloff genuinely cared for those young teens. Which is why he taught them what the Bible said about sin, death, Hell, and ultimately salvation through the precious blood of Jesus Christ.

One of the reasons why the State was after brother Roloff in an attempt to get him to license his group homes and facilities was so that they could control what went on in the child care facilities and homes. Now obviously, a State-licensed home would mean no Bible preaching. Which means that a child could not be told that they are a sinner.

Thankfully though Brother Roloff did not give into the State. But continued on fighting.

Proverbs 13:24 (KJV) He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.

I understand what Grace does.

It is because of Grace that a wretched sinner like me could be saved. It is because of Grace that a man who once persecuted the church of God, and wasted it, was converted and became one of the most bold Christians of the New Testament to proclaim the Gospel to a lost and dying world.

Grace is the means of our salvation. It is God's Riches at Christ's Expense.

You do realize that chasten doesn't mean to beat your kid, right?

What is your definition of 'beat'?

If spanking a child with the belt or paddle is considered beating a child, then how exactly do you chasten and discipline your child??
