What is the reason for segregating Spanish people to their own services?  I'm sure 90% of those in these photos speak English. (My assumption is that the preaching is done in Spanish)

My impression of having a Spanish ministry is to reach those who speak little to no English.  This crowd wouldn't appear (to me) to be that way.

We use them all most every time the orchestra plays. Love the sound of the snares.

More than one person plays them simultaneously.

Why not?  Are they illegal?  If they are legal then they need to learn English and assimilate into becoming Americans.

I agree with you but that is not always the case. I was involved in ministries with a lot of hispanics who learned to speak English because they had to.
But, their wives lived in hispanic neighborhoods, went to hispanic stores, attended church in Spanish, etc. and even after years never learned English. And vice-versa. I know quite a few Americans who live in Mexico after retirement and never get past basics in Spanish.

There will be a slow transition, until Brian has a place to go.
