'A COVID-19 vaccine mandate that was handed down by the Tucson government for its employees was deemed unconstitutional by Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s office, according to a Tuesday news release.​

'The mandate, he said, violates state law and goes directly against a law—Senate Bill 1487—passed by the Arizona Legislature earlier this year, meaning Tuscon must amend or repeal the ordinance or lose state funding. The law bars local and state government entities from imposing COVID-19 mandates on employees, although it does not go into effect until Sept. 29, creating what Brnovich described as a loophole that was exploited by Tucson’s government.'​

'On Monday, Butler County Common Pleas Judge Michael Oster reversed a decision made by another judge, Gregory Howard, two weeks ago, ruling that the plaintiff could not meet the burden to be entitled to a preliminary injunction because the medical and scientific communities do not support the use of ivermectin as a treatment for COVID-19.​

'“Why you don’t have the right to try?” Lorigo told The Epoch Times over the phone. “You have the right to pull the plug. You don’t have the right to administer a medication that will help you?”​

'Lorigo believes ivermectin worked for the plaintiff’s husband, the currently ventilated Jeffrey Smith.​
​
'“His vent settings were 80-100 until he got the ivermectin, and then they dropped,” Lorigo said, noting the ventilator settings are now in a range of 50-60 percent. Lorigo also pointed out that before the hospital was ordered to administer ivermectin, it had exhausted its COVID-19 protocols.​
​
'However, Lorigo said he would not advise his client to appeal because it would take too long to get a verdict.'​

It doesn't look like our Fed boys are all that interested in this curiosity. The article said they were spending 1.6M to research it. what does that buy them a researcher, an admin, a microscope and 2 cubicles in a govt building? Doesn't sound like they think there is a real problem there.

Of course while Dr. Malone is whining about how his old nemesis' vaccines don't work, the real inventor (and patent holder), Katalin Karikó, is busy working at BioNTech creating her invention. Of course as she states many people were involved in the mRNA technology and it would be difficult for any one individual to call themselves the sole inventor of the technology.
