The Hacker Thread about Absolutely Nothing Particular!

Forget about having the reunion in Mexico. All our Shakey's are in Mexico City. (It's like New York City without the charm).

Am I the only one who does not know most of the performers who should/shouldn't perform at Trump's inauguration
? I have heard some of the names but for the life of me I have never heard lady Gaga or some of the other ones.

I will not be watching the 2017 Superbowl game at all this year.

They have invited someone to sing (if you can call IT that) who has stated they will make it about their dissatisfaction in the new president. The NFL ironically for all the football hits they produce is too afraid to take any hits from the liberal leftist. Why can't the event be about football anyway?

So, I'll be too busy that evening for football.

The biggest blessing from your post is that your mind automatically turned to "clipping coupons".  :)

Your wife is sick and you don't know how to cook? Serve them  this!

Take a whole, thawed chicken. Cut an apple in half and put half inside the cavity. Put the chicken in a pot big enough to cover it. Add chopped carrots, onions, maybe some garlic, two cups of water, and two bouillon cubes. Put the other half of the apple on top with a pat of butter. Cover with a glass lid with a hole (for steam). Turn the burner on full blast, but you can set it on low when it starts to boil.  When you see that the top of the chicken is brown, it's done.

A thick hearty stew and a good chicken !

PS. Throw out the stewed apples.

You are far removed from fundamentalism, brother!

My wifeypoo and I just came back from "Beauty and the Beast."

When I worked for Dave Hyles, many of my co-workers were a disgrace. But when I was a bus captain, every last single worker on my route was a servant of Christ. I wish I could find them and say

"It was an honor to serve with you."
