Potential loss of my job....prayer request

Praying for you and others in that area.  When jobs are dependent upon the whim of the government we can not expect good outcomes. 
 
Thanks for the prayers, they work.  There was a two prong danger against our jobs.  The first phase was a lawsuit against the Department of Energy (which we subcontract our work to) indirectly affecting us, and an injunction attempt from that company to stop selling our product.  That injunction, if granted, would have meant an immediate loss of 500-700 jobs.  The judge ruled in our favor regarding the injunction just an hour or so ago, PRAISE THE LORD!

The other danger is still currently in play, and requires the federal government to appropriate 110 million dollars in assistance to continue the cleanup (which they should have already done, and DID already promise, but it's a lonnnnng story and complicated).

Well, ineptitude and indecision in government funding has postponed the initial threat of layoff, but the partial budgetary reprieve was only temporary, and on December 12th the axe will fall if full-year funding is not secured.  This will mean at least 700+ people will be in the unemployment line just in time for Christmas.  Would appreciate continued prayers.
