Post on DRHAC says Jack Schaap giving info to Feds for reduced sentence

I've heard it said, "A man who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client."

On the flip side:
"It is one of the American privileges to make a fool of yourself, and it is guaranteed by the Constitution, and I do not see anything wrong with it."
Walter P. Armstrong Jr.'s A Century of Legal Ethics

I posted this upstairs in the other thread but I know some folks just stay in this room.

Here is a link to the motion Schaap signed. He sounds like he is trying to get an attorney but needed to get his motion in before 3/20/2014, likely why he filed it himself.

031914 Mot to Vacate Sentence

The man is blatantly unrepentant. Sickening.

I keep hearing talk hoping of Jack's rape and assault. that is wicked thinking and I have and will continue to condemn it.

But as far as getting a sentence reduction? I will quote Jack's tirade to me when I quit the bus route due to an ongoing painful and debilitating illness that two surgeries did not fix - 'Why don't you be a real man and deal with it!" in front of the old church building on Sibley. I felt like a loser of a Christian that was cast out. His words stung real bad. I think they now apply to his sentence reduction request.

Some HACker is going to print that JS request so he can have the signature.

Just when you think the story can't get any weirder....

Jack's story is definitely weirder and more bizarre than is publicly known.

What I want to know is why FBC didn't take a mulligan or a do over for all of Jack's decisions (especially personnel decisions) from about 2008 on?  Cindy said in her letter to the judge that something changed in 2008.  Every person he hired or kept close to him during this time should be shown the door.

A lot of men that I thought were good guys, stayed with him during this time that he went off his rocker.  The humble ones seemed to resign out of shame.  What is with the rest of these guys?

Good questions.....

So...........during the very Youth Conf in which the pics that JS gave a detailed description of in his motion to vacate his sentence, were discovered (if my memory serves me right) he gave out another honorary dr. degree to SM. And didn't JS declare SM to be the HAC Prez at that time also?

The same YC he had sex with the victim in his office...

Did he really think he would not get caught? How stupid.

He must have believed himself to be greater than God.
