Is God angry with sin , and was sin the Sovereign plan of God ?

Your deliberate disobedience to God's command to reject a heretick is not my fault.

The Bible that you are disobeying says to reject the heretick after one or two warnings. How many have you given me now in this thread alone? Four? Five?

Clearly, you think you know better than God and feel free to edit his commands to your own liking.

There's just no limit to the ways you prove yourself a fool, is there?

And, yeah, Proverbs 26:4 still applies. I'm not engaging in your foolish arguments in the original post. Cope and seethe, fool.
You—->Titus 3:10

Calvinism takes every verse in scripture like John 3:16,Romans 10:13,1John 2:2, Revelation 22:17 , and many more, and changes the context to fit into Calvinism, which in essence has changed the gospel as Jesus and the Apostles taught it. Jesus said come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest etc ,and take my yoke upon you and learn of me for my burden is easy and my yolk is light in Matthew, which Calvinism has changed to you can’t go to Jesus unless you are elected. When the jailer asked Paul in Romans what he had to be saved Paul said believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved, which Calvinism has changed to only the elected can believe. I actually feel sorry for those caught up in the deceptions and lies of Calvinism.
Thanks for the response. I’ve known Christians who believed in both. I’d say the church I was raised in was non-Calvinistic, but there were a few in my circle who did believe in it, but they were always in the closet about their views for the most part.

I’ve almost completely stayed out of these Calvinism conversations, but I’m curious as to why you’re so passionate about it.
I had wondered this as well. Most people shake the dust off their feet after realizing they aren't among a receptive audience. It seems that based on the most recent answer to you that leatherneck finds some sort of satisfaction in believing he is actively combatting the heretics who are propagating what he believes is damnable doctrine. Most people who have that attitude, in this day and age, usually get their own platform/blog/website so that they can "influence" those who are like yourself ("on the fence" so to speak) rather than wasting keystrokes trying to convert decades-long adherents/apologists of Calvinism.

Most people do as the god of this world tells them to do. Some do as the Holy Spirit leads them to do. How many times in scripture did Jesus avoid an audience that wasn’t receptive to the truth ? Did Jesus avoid the Pharisees and Sadducees , or did He warn them and give them the truth ? No one can convert anyone because some plant some water but God gives the increase. I have no satisfaction in speaking to people who claim to love and follow God who have changed the very gospel that Jesus and the Apostles taught, and that Jesus was sacrificed for. I knew there was a deception being taught as truth the very first time I heard a Calvinist twist and desert the context of John 3:16. For God so loved the world ( Calvinist deny world means everyone but the elect) that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth( Calvinist change whosoever believeth to mean only the elect) should not perish but have everlasting life. Next in the twisting of scripture was 1 John 2:2 which says Jesus was the propitiation for not just the sins of those in Christ but also for the sins of the whole world, which Calvinist changed the context of because that verse with many many others exposes their deception and errors. My position is let God be true and every man a liar. Jesus is supposed to be our first love not men and theologies. Praying God keep you on the narrow road.

You --> low-budget failed martyr
Seriously ... how many people in the history of the FFF have tried this hard to get themselves banned, only to be met with mild amusement?

(I emphasize the word "mild." Pencilneck isn't really very amusing. It's wrong to mock the mentally challenged.)

In what way was "the very gospel" changed by these people?

You don't think that leatherneck knocks on a door and says "you may have heard that some people were predestined to hell before they ever were created, but I'm here to tell you...", do you? :LOL:

I sincerely hope not! LOL

There is no reasoning in Calvinism you’re either “elected” or destined for hell while scripture says:
Unchecked Copy Box
Isa 1:18 - Come now, and let us reason together, saiththe LORD: though your sinsbe as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool./
Unchecked Copy Box
Mat 11:28 - Come unto me,all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will giveyou rest.

Mat 11:29 - Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me;for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls./

1Jo 2:2 - And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for-the sins of the whole world./

2Pe 3:9 - The Lord is not slack concerning his promise,as some men count slackness; but is long suffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Not even close I tell them God loves them and they can be forgiven of their sins if they believe and place their faith in Jesus unlike most Calvinist who do very little because to them everything has already been determined and is a done deal.

Let us reason together.

How do these people change the gospel?

If one is elected and everyone else is not how would those not elected be able to reason with God ? The verse was taken out of context by Calvin where it said we are elected in Him. He placed the evidence on the we and ignored the “in him” . Anyone who is forgiven and heading for heaven was elected “in Him”.
