I can still see Jack Patterson singing, but I am drawing a blank on the songs.

Well praise the Lord for full salvation
God still reigns (lives?) upon the throne
And I know the blood still reaches
Deeper than the stain has gone

...and, of course, Living by Faith

Aint God good.
God leads us along
It's Still the Blood

I can still hear them singing "The Old Ship of Zion." Patterson would hit the high notes and the old boy that sang bass for the rainbow quartet (David Patrick?) would hit the low notes.

"Goodbye Jack", words of my Pastor as he ejected the tape and tossed it in the back of the van. Was overplayed.

I think it was Frank and Joe.  He would tell everyone that the names were made up to protect the innocent.  Then came the story of the young man whose name JH inadvertently used who was a prodigal and returned home after the sermon that used his name.

Who did JH tell about jumping a a bed at TTU?

Charles Weigle, if I remember right.

No one ever cared for me like Jesus... love that song.
