Cindy filed for divorce?

I have been a creeper on the old forum... Actually I registered but never got allowed to post on the old one.... Anyways from what I heard from a credible source is that they are seeing where they put him, if he is put in the facility by Terre Haute  they are going to stay in the area, but if he is place in another prison they will move to be closer to him.

Of course I was told this before everything that came out came out. Cindy has not been going to FBCH she has been attending another church, its so sad to see her sneak in at the beginning of the services, sit in the back then slip out at the very end trying to avoid being seen.
From what I have read in the old forum and a few other forums Ken has changed also. A few weeks ago he preached about not judging people on their outward appearance (from what I hear/ read this is NOT something he would have have done before).
I was there the night of Jacks final Sermon What mom and dad don't know.... Needless to say I was quite shocked at what I heard.... I actually fond the flyer for July 15th the other day. I had only known Jack for just under a year before this went down.....

Of course all of this is based on assumption so I will be the next.....

If she decides to divorce because of the way she was wronged by her husband and abandoned by her I would not place any blame on her. If she were to do so only to shelter herself from impending negative financial affects of a looming civil case I would vociferously criticize her. Financial state is not a reason for divorce.

(At the end of the day you have to assume that with JS purportedly acting the way around others in the office cussing and screaming that he likely did some of the same at home...or at least word got back home.)

Cindy is not going to follow him.  Why would she if she's filing for divorce? In the beginning of all this she was, but not now.

It does make you wonder:

Were the letters to the judge less than honest?

The judge was recommending a facility close so the family could visit - but all the information I have is that his wife, son and daughter are all moving out of the area anyway.

Did Cindy have a revelation upon hearing or reading the prosecution's statement about the overwhelming evidence?

Are there more victims coming forward?

Are there potential embezzlement charges coming?

Was the 12 year sentence the deciding factor?

I think her letters were honest. She was going on what Jack told her happened. I am sure he was very persuasive. Then his "letters" came out and the truth was in writing!! As I was reading what he had wrote to that poor girl I felt bad for the girl and for the words that would hurt Cindy to the core!!

Well, the sentencing memorandum cannot be trusted. Page 1 it mentions Schaap as Pastor of Hammond Baptist Church. No need to read further as the remainder must be bogus testimony because of that error in detail.

I had heard in the last couple of weeks that Cindy was living in the basement of her daughter's house which is right across the street from her own. I was told that she did not want to live in that house any more and her daughter and SIL had their basement finished so she could live there. In the past week my work has taken me into that neighborhood and I see her car parked in her daughter's driveway almost daily. Very sad indeed. Can only imagine what goes through that lady's mind.

I'm sure there's more more to this whole story than we'll ever know. I'll admit I have a curiosity about it all. Maybe the result of having watched too many conspiracies and dramas on TV.

I still wonder who knew what and when did they know it? I still contend Eddie is a liar but not very good at it. Sadly I now think the haters may have been right about Bro Hyles back in the day. I wonder what stayed unrevealed because of the guilty plea. (As in who else?) I wonder how the family is coping? Etc, etc

Cindy was a devoted wife, mother, her world was crushed it takes years to get through the mess.........she will have to dig deep inside herself to move on.......her support system is the key!! The kids will either move on or fall apart it's their choice...

I use to listen to Cindy talk and I thought it was always made up..........I really wanted to hear the real world news. I hate fake things so to me tell me the truth....

As we read Linda's book the mist is clearing and we are no longer seeing through a glass darkly.
It now makes sense that Dave prayed the prayer giving his dad to the Lord.
He had lost him anyway. Easy to see how Dave learned to do the stuff he did.
The questions on the strange goings on in the 70's that we all knew about now come into focus.
Sleeping in the basement and going to and from church in separate cars is now easy to understand.
So is the state of all four children.
Bro. Hyles used to say 5 out of 6 is not bad. However zero out of four is a complete failure. 000 avg.

1Tim 5:8  But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.

To be fair I think this 0 out of 4 thing is kind of unfair to Cindy. No?
