i don;t know where that beach is.... but he would never get away with that here... . he would also have a hard time knowing where to start if he wanted to try.... because a fairly sizeable majority of women on beaches here wear a swimsuit with a narrow posterior profile.... ...(some more narrow than others)...x.com

(the kind my dad calls slingshots.. ).... ... and if you go into a grocery store or market close to the beach you;ll see barefoot girls shopping for snacks and drinks wearing them.... . loading up with food to take back to the beach.. it;s no big deal here.... 
We're obviously not being presented with the entire story. Is that the man's wife and daughter to his right? They seem to me to be. To me, this looks like a father's reaction to something the bimbos (their speech betrays them) had done that was witnessed by his little girl, not to the fact that they may be in bathing suits.x.com
Notice the manner of dress of everyone in the background. It looks like there was some family or church event that was going, and in the presence of children the bimbos engaged in some sluttish interaction with some guy, or more likely with each other. "I'm hot and I like women," one of them said, and lizzies do like to crash Christian parties and make spectacles of themselves.
The guys speech and manners are exemplary.
From the information I have from this video, my conclusion is the kid is trying to be a good dad.
By all means, let's heat up some tar and gather feathers.

Based on the context that we got, and not on the context that we imagined, the man scolded them for wearing bikinis on the beach, and not for rude remarks they may have made before the recording began. They make plenty of rude remarks in the video, and he ignores those. He only complains about how they are dressed.
The simplest explanation is that they were minding their own business on a public beach, where their dress (whether godly young men approve or not) was appropriate for the situation. If you can't handle girls in bikinis, follow the advice of your Bible college and stay away from the beach.

If they were "In My Face" regarding their perceived immodesty, came to where my wife and family had all our stuff set up, and started dancing around, gyrating, and generally acting in a manner that was obviously sensual, slutty, obviously intent upon bringing attention to themselves, then I would likely take issue with it and would confront them (if my wife did not beat me to it). I would also speak to these young ladies in similar manner to a father speaking to his daughters that they should conduct themselves in a manner worthy of respect.
If these ladies were keeping to themselves, minding their own business, and I were to come up to them as this young man did. I would expect to get a severe (and well-deserved) butt whooping from their above average muscular and athletic boyfriends who are usually in close proximity and quite happy to protect them against some creep who cannot keep his nose clean!
And only about their tops.

And the video isn't capturing the initiation of the event. He wasn't calling them whores or Jezebels or anything like is being projected, and what we would expect. [Edit: He's preaching grace.]
If you had daughters, you would be more perceptive.

Well, it wouldn't have to be as extreme. Maybe it was just a same sex kiss or fondling. Do you see how close they are to the woman and child at his right? You're only presuming he saw them from a distance and singled them out. The evidence strongly suggests the opposite.

he would have been beaten down on beaches here... and beaten down bad.... . and not necessarily by boyfriends either - but by any hawaiian man - maybe even some hawaiian women - who don;t tolerate a man talking like that to girls or young women... ... ... ..and who would have also recognized anyone who tried it would have to be a tourist - as local people know better..... .. ..police would probably not even take his side in such a beating if they saw the video... .. but they would call an ambulance for him..... ...if he is lucky he would wake up in the hospital just in time to catch his flight home....
.. ... but then hawaii is a different place than the u.s. mainland... as you know from first hand experience...

That's fine, but even if they were there innocently, judging by the pudgy knees and fat feet I saw, it was likely better they were asked to cover up anyway.
