I didn't know where to look, but I have to assume that it's in Lake County. There were a number of wind contraptions that went to both horizons along I-65. It breaks up the endless corn fields that we were used to seeing between Indianapolis and NW Indiana. The lights were pretty cool looking as we passed them late at night on our return trip.

I know exactly where you mean. They are about 25 miles south of me.
