What's the minimum necessary criteria for salvation?

I understand the sheep and goats to refer to believers and unbelievers.  The believers' faith is evidenced by their works. Christ's brethren are the believers as well, in this case those in need.  Those who help others in need are serving Christ (whether they realise it or not, hence Christ welcoming people into heaven who don't realise that they were serving Him).  The dispensationalist interpretation implies salvation by works.

*nods*

...which also jives well with Romans 2 & 3...

and is why I made my original statement.

This ushers in another dispensation:  the Millenial kingdom.  The raptured saints are in their glorified bodies, these people are still in their flesh.  How this salvation, or deliverance, carries on from here is much disputed.  IMO, we do know that sin rears it's ugly head at the end of the 1000 years when Satan is released and deceives multitudes once again to fight against the very God they have lived with in person.  Can you say depravity of man?

That's an irrelevant question, because there is only one Jesus.  Just because people have misperceptions about Jesus doesn't mean there's more than one.  And Jesus still saves, and that's the minimum requirement.

So there's no requirement to have a proper object of faith by the individual who believes?

Define "believe" and "faith" please.

Good to see you bro.  Thanks for the link.

I'm taking a vacation/anniversary and planning for my Sunday worship while in the Orlando area.  You'd be almost proud of me, as I came nigh to arranging to go to a Reformed Baptist Church <eek>.  I said "came nigh", mind ya. ;)
