Some words commonly used at HAC were the words, "turned in". It may have been, "I'm going to turn you in" or "I'm going to turn myself in". As all HAC students would learn, these words meant that someone was going to be getting in trouble from the staff/faculty.
A true Hacker felt it was their God-given responsibility to turn people in. Some felt that it gained them brownie points with staff. Some felt that it made them more spiritual. Some felt that it was the right thing to do.
Ok, it's confession time. Let's hear the stories of people that you personally turned in. Let's hear the stories of the time(s) you were turned in by others. Perhaps you know a story of someone else who was turned in.
Hacker Nation, let's hear from you!
