I'm still not sure why you are so infatuated with Westcott & Hort. The Nestle-Aland does not seem to be all that focused on their work.

In the very early days of the Nestle-Aland, Westcott & Hort's work was one of three sources used:

"In 1898 Eberhard Nestle published the first edition of his Novum Testamentum Graece. Based on a simple yet ingenious idea it disseminated the insights of the textual criticism of that time through a hand edition designed for university and school studies and for church purposes. Nestle took the three leading scholarly editions of the Greek New Testament at that time by Tischendorf, Westcott/Hort and Weymouth as a basis."

It is funny how you support Erasmus and it is rather obvious you'd be calling him a moron because of his doctrine contradicts you.

You KNOW that Erasmus wouldn't attend your church nor run in your "theological circle". Which makes you a hypocrite in supporting his efforts and rejecting the efforts of others that are similar distant to you in doctrine.

Also, it is entirely ridiculous to claim some documents "snuck back in"..... They NEVER left. Codex Alexandrinus is a perfect example of an early witness to both text types coexisting. The battle between "text types" is largely a farce.

Red herring, shill. That was never the argument. The concern since that time has been over using Codex B, Aleph, and Bezae, which represent the Alexandrian line, to change the Majority Text:
