Things have really become dead around here

Yes, the good ol' days of Strongbag, Beareanshockandawe, Teri, Gonebutstillforgotten...  Even Gridiot livened up this place.  Bob Marley was a hoot.

Mrs.Strongbad - Everyone enjoyed her humor on the old FFF.  She was quick with comebacks and had a unique type of sarcasm.  She quit posting on the old FFF a couple of years before its downfall.  I do not see the possibility of her return.

Beareanshockandawe - This guy was hilarious!  He attended FBCH.  I met him at PS a few years ago.  He did not care for GroundedGrid and his main purpose was to battle against him on the old FFF.  I believe he may have gone overseas with the military.  I do not see the possibility of his return.

Teri in NC - Teri is Teri!  She has a great sense of humor and was a big part of the success of the old HAC FFF.  Because of not knowing who owns the new FFF, she will not join.  She had some major issues with a couple of posters on the old FFF and believes that at least one of them owns the new FFF.  I believe there is still hope that Teri will join.

Gonebutnotforgotten - Gone was a major supporter of the old HAC FFF.  His bluntness always brought a smile.  I have communicated with him several times and he assures me he is going to join the new FFF.

GroundedGrid - No one stirred things up on the old FFF like GG!  He had people mad on every angle.  He was the first to post preaching clips of Jack Schaap saying stupid things.  He was on a campaign to expose Schaap.  Though I did not always agree with the way he presented things or his unkind words to some, he ended up being correct.  I have no idea where he is.

With all that said, we need to continue to find new posters to replace those mentioned above.  We currently have a good core group.  We just need to get enough humorous as well as serious threads started to draw the crowd.

And there aint nobody who could poke fun at cf like Teri!

Yes. The forum was much more fun and laid back. 
 
Oh for the jovial days of walking those honored halls of learning (!?!).  Sarcasm abounded and in fact was needed in order to survive.  Now, everyone takes everything so seriously.  I guess one scandal too many will do that to a place.
 
Oh for the leeks and garlics of the Decoster Dining Hall.  No man having put his hand to the diploma, looking back, is fit for HACkdom.

When I was at hac I saw one college guy who had a cell phone. I thought it was the coolest thing ever. It was about the size of a phone booth but it was cutting edge! My how things have changed!

When I was in college the really cool kids had pagers!  We developed codes to transfer messages to each other without having to call back.

I installed hard wired car phones for Cellular One in Chicago Heights back in 90.  Remember the the funky little antennaes installed on car roof tops?  They were priced too high for me back then but I dreamed of having one.
