I hate Sundays when the chapel speaker is a Calvinist who tells us all that we were predestinated to use bedpans.

RALPH...
was an expression "hollered" out in the 80's when a situation was mentioned where something went wrong, an obvious HACkerism was performed or anybody just wanted to holler, "Ralph." This could be in a sermon, during announcements, in class or chapel.

It was actually based on one of two real guys, each of whom had the first name of Ralph, but neither were what you would say debonair or had finesse.
