Ok, this will increase posting numbers just a bit. There are several things I don't know. (really?)

What exactly is a knot? You know, the wind is so many many knots.

What exactly is a nautical mile?

What about a league? You know, 20,000 leagues under the sea?

Also, I can't remember some of the terms but am thinking of them this am. In Robinson Crusoe he had some terms I am not familiar with for distances that he was from the shore. If nobody knows by tonight I will look them up and repost them.

KNOT:
RAIDER and Teri wanted to tie the KNOT, but CF threatened to put a KNOT in RAIDER'S head so the KNOT tying ceremony was called off.  Therefore, all of Teri's efforts to bag RAIDER were for, well, naught.

OK: That fits into the story also. Raider was last seen running and he was estimated to be making 20 knots. Teri was making 21!

While RAIDER was trying to put a LEAGUE between him and Teri, she finally caught up with him and now they are in LEAGUE with each other.

The truth is that he chased me my freshman year.  I finally gave in so he would shut up.  We started dating. A year later, he told me had found someone else. Next thing I knew, he was sitting in the staff section during chapel with CF.

I just picked up a new friend on Facebook.  He is a "Van Captain" at his local church.

Now that has to be a real challenge to only pick up 14 people on your route.
