I enjoyed Johnny Pope as well!

I've never understood what the deal is with Johnny Pope; he was preaching in many conference and youth rallies, and he suddenly disappeared from all of that back in the late 1980s.  Did he fall out of favor with someone??

When he came, I got to go to Tiebel's to eat. 

I remember visiting his church in 87 and 88.

I was teaching there then.

Ahh yes, I was a Hacker in training at that point.  In fact, I didn't notice the thud as said door smashed into Teri's nose nor did I notice the scream of pain that shemost certainly let out!

He left HAC very quietly.  He did come back and preach.  I really have never heard any rumors on this one.
