Ransom and I have a complicated history. No matter what he thinks, I have enjoyed "some of our "banter" over the years.
He does excel at dry sarcasm. He's not too bad with theology at times.

I can't recall if we've interacted...but you seem like someone I would have interacted with in the past if I knew you. I've interacted with Ransom for years and have had my disagreements with him on occasion...but we've both lived! :) We seem to get along fairly well together. Of course, we usually have a nose for the same kind of tripe and call it out!

I don't remember you but it has been a while. I know a few here that are left. Not anyone that likes me very much. That is okay. IFBs pretty much hate my very existence.
Ransom and I have a problem with his take it or leave it" style. It doesn't seem like he's changed in that area.

It's well known round these parts that I carry no torch for Ransom, and remember a little bit of the incident in question here. If he did what you say he did I will be glad to withdraw my 20+ years of participation from this forum, and will back you up in your censure (despite what you claim, I, an IFB, have no personal axe to grind with you) of Ransom. Those are serious charges. If true, I would like to know the truth.

I realized after I got into this argument with Ransom over a year ago, that I there was no scenario in this where I would like the outcome. I'm leaving it up to God to handle this in His way.

I apologize and he can ban me if he likes. I don't care either way.

I think "lied" may be a bit harsh. I believe he could have believed that he was claiming truth, even if it wasn't. But you're right, the way to handle that kind of thing is to admit that a mistake in judgment may have been made and an apology offered for the incorrect claims.
 
for the record.... . i think i know what this whole thing is about... ..since i looked in the other thread and saw my name mentioned... .....i did not believe back then that the person claiming to be ransom2 was really ransom from here..... and i still don;t don;t believe it...... i have known ransom for almost 18 years and none of what that other person said or did made me believe he was anything but an imposter. ..... just wanted to clear that up before it goes any further.... and.... i would not have come back here if i believed ransom had harassed me on another website... .i might be slow to catch on at times but i am not that stupid... ...

Persistently accusing me of stalking someone on his forum is not a "mistake in judgment."

This twit has had a year to come clean. Instead, he tried to slip quietly back on the forum, probably hoping it had all been forgotten. He's been banned previously, too (not by me) and sneaked back on with a new username.

I've got no reason to trust the sincerity of any apology, if offered. Enough is enough.
