TD Jakes restores a fallen pastor who had an affair with his goddaughter. Jakes defended him and gave the old "He who is without sin, let him cast the first stone." Also in the video showman Perry Noble starts up his new megachurch "Second Chances Church" where he's the star of the show. Five years later his new megachurch is getting rave reviews on Google. He does put on a pretty good show it seems.

I don't consider these men pastors. I mean, what do they preach? It sure doesn't seem they preach Jesus and him crucified, risen, and ascended. So, realistically, how can they restore anyone?

Not a fallen pastor but Sam Collier resigned from Hillsong Atlanta and decided to start up his own megachurch. Collier wasn't a fan of Brian Houston or Carl Lentz and all the scandals going on.
