There seems to be quite a bit of fallen pastors over the years going back into ministry and starting up another church. It's uncertain if Jack Schaap will do that due to his recent past. What about these "Rock Star" megachurch pastors who were involved in scandal only to go right back to ministry in no time at all. Or even pastors with sound Biblical doctrine that were fired for affairs and then went back to starting another church but have truly repented.

Carl Lentz of Hillsong. Fired for having an affair and is now back in ministry. He's definitely the poster child for "rock star" celebrity pastors who are unqualified.
Brian Houston of Hillsong. Currently in hot water for knowing about sexual abuse in his church.
Mark Crow from Oklahoma City. Started the Victory Church franchise and resigned after he admitted to having an affair and started up another megachurch in the area.
Blaine Bartel. Fired from his Dallas megachurch for adultery and having multiple affairs. Now he's calling himself America's "Greatest Comeback Coach" and is a coach to men on overcoming porn addiction and he's also on the Evangelical Woke/Socialism Train.
Bishop Eddie Long. Prosperity/TBN preacher was apparently grooming young men was accused but his church covered up for him. He sadly passed away in 2017.

Of course there are scores of IFB pastors who have been fired/accused of sexual abuse/misconduct. Surprisingly Jack Hyles was never caught and neither was another controversial IFB pastor Jim Vineyard.

Acts 5:29 We must obey God rather than men.

Mark Driscoll. Mega church (20,000) pastor of Mars Hill. Ruined thousands. Caught in lies, stealing missins money to promote his book. Paul Tripp called him one of the most dangerous men in ministry. Back to Ministry at Trinity church in Phoenix after 1 year. Never admissted his sin..
Ted Haggard, President of NAE, busted with Meth and a Gay boyfriend. Started another church within a year.

I remember 'ol Ted "Merle" Haggard. A lot of the TBN pastors (TD Jakes/Rod Parsley/Jesse Duplantis) came to defend him. Even some of the Denver Nuggets basketball players.

Mark Driscoll is another one with controversy for sure. Last couple of years, Driscoll's sermons have gotten better and it appears he's actually preaching and studying the word of God now and not trying to be cool like other hipster pastors (Carl Lentz). One thing I admire about Driscoll is he is anti-Woke and has slammed Critical Race Theory and evangelical churches jumping on the "Woke" train.

Then there is Perry Noble. Noble is just as controversial as he is heretical. His church deacons wanted to use church discipline on him when it became apparent that Noble had a serious drinking problem and rumored to abusive towards his family. So what did Noble do? He flew to London for therapy and then the church asked him to step down. So what do Noble not long after? He started another megachurch and called it "Second Chances Church" where once again he is the star of the show.

And sadly Ravi Zacharias has been discovered to have had affairs, inappropriate pictures of other women etc.

Discovery Plus has a great series exposing the scandals at Hillsong. Unfortunately they don't expose their false doctrine and heretical views. They focus more on the scandals/coverups and mishaps of Carl Lentz and Brian Houston and the abuse that goes on in their rock band/worship band.

I'm all for the restoration of fallen pastors.

Receive their repentance, extend forgiveness, and then let them sit quietly in the pews for the rest of their lives hearing the Gospel.

The Bible describes restoration as a return to fellowship, healing the rift caused by sin (Galatians 6:1). It doesn't entitle the pastor to a pulpit.

Looks like Locke went after the libtards and they took away his tax exempt status. Maybe if he jumps on the woke train and support Biden for reelection he may get his tax exempt back.

Looks like Paula White's ex husband, the emasculated Randy White is back in ministry after a DUI/drug bust and is on the Social Justice bandwagon. He must be doing this to get back at Paula since Paula wouldn't let him wear pants in the family and Paula is a Republican.

That's a dishonest statement to say the last. They DID NOT take away his tax-exempt status....He dissolved it voluntarily. A NOTE HERE...it's okay for the Black dominated churches to say these kinds of things from their "pulpits" if you want to call them that, and get away with it....That's because they have their heads up the Democrat's hind ends. They help push through the agendas of the far left candidates, and it will always be so.
Now, onto Locke....He's got a lot of twisted ideology and theology. Hie members are brainwashed cult members, IMHO, who couldn't think for themselves if their lives depended on it.

There is definitely truth in that when it comes to the Black dominated churches. Wasn't it TD Jakes that said "If you vote for Trump, you're a racist"?

Well Jimmy Swaggert is back in ministry. He seems to have repented and doesn't promote the prosperity gospel as much.

Greg Locke sounds like a blowhard big mouth, self righteous "managawd" so to speak.
From the days where he was at Franklin Road to now, it seems to me that he's gone from bad (causing a church split at Franklin Road over 20 years ago) to worse (getting a divorce, then reentering marriage and the ministry after the scandal was reported over and over here in the Nashville TN area), to threatening street preachers, and being belligerent towards other ministries and people who question his motives and ministry, to bein a cult leader....This is just my opinion, mind you...but, the shoe seems to fit him quite well.

So Locke is another kook like Steven Anderson or a blowhard entertainer trying to be funny?

He's a kook, alright! His personality is more like that of Jim Jones....I'm just surprised he hasn't tried to move his group out of the US into another country...taking his kool aid with him. ;)

Heath Mooneyham took pride in being the "Foulest Preacher in America". Yes he cussed and make lewd jokes from the pulpit and took his "staff" out to Hooters to hit on Hooter girls and to bars to drink. Well in 2014 he was busted for DUI and he stepped down from the church. Now he's back in ministry and loves to auction off automatic weapons.

This is quite disturbing. This pastor, John Lowe II admitted to having an affair with a girl who was 16 twenty years ago.

Oh and who can forget Josh Harris. He quit Christianity because his feelings were hurt that evangelicals were attacking the LBGQT/Same Sex Marriage etc. Well since most churches are now "woke" maybe he can go rejoin one of those churches that support same sex marriage.

But Josh Harris isn't a "fallen pastor" trying or wanting to be restored. He, in my understanding of the faith, was never a believer.
He deceived people for sure. Oh and then there was Ray Boltz. He was never a pastor and he kept his homosexual lifestyle private for many years. He does still sing at woke/gay churches.

Ray Boltz is gay? Say what? I must have been under a rock for too many years. I actually was, almost literally under a rock.
Yup way back in 2008. He still plays in churches but only ones that are "woke".
