They look like the little scissors for emergency bandaging….not sure about the other object. Do tell….can you guess what this is?...... do you know how to use one?....... . we have them in all our medical kits
and hunting backpacks now.... . ....it saves time and reduces the chance of failure or substandard skills
during certain medical emergencies where repair of a traumatic hemmorage is required...... ...i suffered
one of those myself on a hunting trip several years ago..... but we didn;t have one of these back then..
. .. i got stitched up the whole fashion way - by an old fashion and old school medic.......

You kinda gave it away. It's a stapler.. .. i got stitched up the whole fashion way - by an old fashion and old school medic.......
it;s a medical stapler made specifically for closing wounds and open lacerations.... takes the place of stitches and sutures - and in my opinion is a lot more scary than getting traditional stitches.. .. ....i;ve never had one of these used on me... but i have had stitches before done during an emergency on a hunting trip.... and it was done with no anesthesia - just splashed with betadine and sewn up.... ..... and as painful as it was - to me, the idea of being stapled with the device above would be worse... .... my dad has actually had to suture himself before and he is the one who stitched me up several years ago too.... .he carries both traditional sutures and this stapler device in his backpack now... but this thing takes up a lot more space..... ... actually used it on hunting dogs belonging to some friends after the dogs got ripped up by wild pigs...... ...the dogs took it pretty well.... better than i would have... and better than i actually did a while back too....They look like the little scissors for emergency bandaging….not sure about the other object. Do tell….
yes..... but for what?.... that was the big mystery i was addressing... . or trying to mysteriously address...... .... most people who have had those things used on them before don;t even recognize it when they see it..... mostly because they never saw it when it was being used.... (post surgery... sedated etc).... ...and most people can;t stand to look at a procedure - like having a wound closed - on themselves when it;s being done anyway.... .. they usually look away even if not advised to......You kinda gave it away. It's a stapler.
I’m better recognizing that now, however, at 5:30 this morning when I was still waking up and it was dark, not so muchit;s a medical stapler made specifically for closing wounds and open lacerations.
Excellent! I swim in lakes with alligators, but this I won’t do. Nope.
One of my friends from Michigan came and was what they call a jumpmaster. They stand there and check equipment and make sure people are safe. It's only 876 feet to the ground. You coun t to 3, pull your chute and if it doesn't open, too bad, you hit the ground in about 8-9 seconds. there is no time for a reserve chute. We saw one smart aleck wait till he was about 100 ft from the ground to pull his. They banned him for life from ever coming back.Excellent! I swim in lakes with alligators, but this I won’t do. Nope.
