please pray for my husband

I'm going to each few days walk you through what happened to us ....we say that we couldn't make any of this up because it just seemed like when is it going to end...but when you make a decision to serve the Lord be prepared....In May of last year my husband went on a fact finding trip to Miami to visit several churches. Well he did and totaled our car ...he wasn't hurt that we could see but we believe that is when he had his first stroke....we had to close our company because we had no way to continue. We were already being told we lost our home through foreclosure so we packed up and put  everything in storage. We thought we would be relocating to Miami in a matter of a few weeks. Well I went to visit my parents in Michigan and stayed the summer...with my Doberman. She was a super dog....she had  15 stitches by a squirrel experience....and the vet was wonderful. I was told many people read this forum so I wanted you to hear it from me. I'm sorry if my grammar isn't perfect but I speak from my heart...
 
My husband drove up  picked me and my dog up in September. We came home and I hit the job hunting hard....I had given up in December...We sold and gave away a lot of our furniture. A police officer called me in regards to what was left and I didn't know who I was talking to until she gave me some suggestions for employment. I applied at the sheriffs office after 40 pages and the help of kaba. They emailed me the job had been filled. I applied at a women treatment center I've passed a million times. They hired me and I've been busy ever since...we got to locate to a townhouse not far from work. My dog has her own surf...  I believe the police officer was a angel unaware...we are picking up our pieces in small pieces. My husband's health is the same....I believe without the prayers and help from my church. I had 7 ladies praying for me that I call my prayer warriors. When I'm working I have a lady that goes to the doctor with my husband. We've had some funny things happen you have to laugh.... I've had 4 flat tires through all this...my husband squirted shaving cream all over my dress before I left for work...my husband had lotion out and poured it all over the floor and counter.....he can't see so we watch him in parking lots...we've had people put money in our pockets/hands which has been used for food and gas. My husband went to the doctor office and my friend that went with him told him to change his shirt it was inside out ..The doctors have told us he has had 3 strokes and he lost most of his vision. My strength has been the scripture Psalms . I can't forget prophet and my uncles who paid for me to get home. This coming week we meet with disability please remember us in prayer. God has supplied our needs along the way. This hasn't stopped us from still planning on moving to Miami to reach the lost for Christ....Thank you for your prayers
 
Sherry, your faith is inspiring.  May the Lord give you comfort and direction as you continue on this path.
 
This was my day off and my husband and I spent it in the social security office....which is an experience in itself. It was 80 degrees outside but inside it was 50 degree and we froze....we sat there for 5 hours...and right before I told my husband I was going home...they called our number. Well after all of this time we were told he was approved for disability....we both broke down and cried.. I thought of Joseph when everything that was terrible God meant it for good..so if I could encourage anyone that is walking through the dark don't give up...God is in charge we aren't...Don't stop praying for us... :)
 
Praise the Lord!  I am happy for your approval.  Hopefully, it will be retroactive.
 
So thankful that the hard-earned money you paid in to disability will be useful to you.  God bless you both!
 
When my husband was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, we applied for disability.  He was was approved right away, but there was six month lag time before the first payment.  Just so you know...
