Maybe it is a little bit preliminary, but I don’t see the same outcry from the Democrats at this point as Trump and the conservative did in 2020. A lot of people on the left are complaining on the morning talk shows, but there’s not an outcry for election tampering and rioting in the streets, at least not from what I’m seeing and hearing.

My impression is that a lot of the Left had resigned themselves to the fact that they were backing a lacklustre candidate. Remember how quickly the intelligentsia pivoted away from supporting Biden after that first debate. Instant turn from "Biden is in top form" to "Biden needs to be put out to pasture." Subsequently, it always felt to me like whatever enthusiasm there was for Harris was either forced or out of duty.
That said, the number of people posting F-bombs to Facebook has increased significantly this morning, too.

true.... but then it;s hard to complain about tampering with the process when your own people are in charge of operating the machines... ..... as with previous years democrats made up the majority of election night workers gathering and counting ballots.. especially in blue states.... .... ...
....and since certain dems - once again... just like 2016... clearly believed they had this one in the bag they didn;t drag their feet like they did in 2020 with counting votes or create suspicious looking situations in the ballot counting rooms.. hiding boxes of ballots under tables... adding precisely 10,000 votes at a time to democrat numbers in battle ground states.. .. but none for republicans... from certain "late reporting" precincts...... .... all things people could clearly see on television screens all night long in 2020.. .... ....i think they handled themselves better this time because they .. (some of them anyway).... expected to win this hands down... and they didn;t want to give republicans reason or justification to challenge... . but now they don;t have much reason to challenge either....... so it;s a little different.... ....

I would not put it past them, but even for them it would be difficult to claim there was cheating when they've spent the last 4 years vehemently denying and prosecuting those claims.
I agree, but the past does not register in the minds of Democrats, only if it helps them.
I have seen many posts about how we are entering in to an era of a Nazi state. I keep offering to help pay for them to go to Cuba, as long as they buy one way tickets.

Progressives are physically incapable of learning from their mistakes. I don't know how many social-media posts I've seen this morning blaming some segment of America, or racism/misogyny/fascists/whatever for Harris's loss.
They have been trying to blame-and-shame people into going along with them for years, and they haven't figured out yet that it no longer works--indeed, some statistically-significant part of Trump's win last night may well be a backlash against it.

hawaii did another very stupid thing this year..... almost rivaling what they did in 2020...... that year... due to covid.... they took away all public polling places and sent unsolicited mail in ballots to everybody in the state.... .... the next day after they went out the mail room in our building was littered with mail in ballots piled on the packaging table.... some even stacked up on the floor - that had been either sent to the wrong addresses or to people who did not live in this building anymore.... .anybody who wanted to could have gathered up at least a hundred of them and done whatever they liked with them......
my ballot was was in our mail box as was the ballots for the rest of the household... (same with this year)..... so i didn;t bother with looking at the misdelivered stuff.... ..but a few people in our building did look at them.... and they told us they saw some ballots addressed to people that had died as far back as 10 years ago in the pile......... the next day the postal carrier picked up all those tossed around ballots..... but for everybody who saw that.. heard about it....or had the same thing happen in their own buildings it pretty much destroyed confidence in election security.....
this year people demanded that the state open public in person polling places again..... .and they said they would.... they still sent mail in ballots out to all registered voters.... and the post office did a much better job of handling them... (no discarded ballots lying around this time).... .... .. however very few people mailed them in.... and held onto them instead even refusing to put them into drop boxes because they didn;t trust them.....
but when the day the state had promised to open regular polling places came..... they only opened 2 ... ...2 sites on the entire island of oahu that used to have polling places at all secondary and elementary public schools on election day... plus it started raining heavy before the polls opened and rained all day.... ...... yesterday some people waited as long as 7 hours in the rain to cast their vote.... the polls officially closed at 7 pm and people were still in line after midnight.... and it was still raining......
