i looked at that.... it brought back a lot of memories... :) .... but then i looked at how people were answering and i saw someone put in their list that i was unchurched...  ??? ...... where did they get that idea?......  :-\

PappaBear looks around side to side, quizzically.

I don't know.  It wasn't me!  I put that you were "armed and dangerous."

Somebody ought to do something like that for around here when we get enough people.

Say it isn't so!  I decided to take the high road and not list those I didn't miss  8)  Yes, there are a few on there.  Now I'm hearing that girl's line from the movie "White Christmas" -- Mutual, I'm sure.

I always got a kick out of how often people mistakenly assumed they were married because of their last names being the same. :D

Chad definitely was going a different direction than his fundamentalist roots when he disappeared, but he could at least put together a coherent argument that was worth addressing.  So many on this forum now just want to start right into ad hominem so quickly.

Small groups pastor at my church and play bass on the worship team. Still believe and defend the "fundamentals", but left all the other nonsense behind quite a few years ago.

Of course I didn't mean you went apostate, or "liberal" (another oft-used and abused word), but rather that you appeared to be going left of the "fundy" curve, and in my best estimation headed towards a self-professed "evangelical" tag.

Good to know you're round here.  Hope all is well with you and yours.

He got on my nerves as much as anybody, but he was fun to have around.

No, I never saw that movie.  I was not a horror flick fan.  I was thinking more along the lines of Beetlejuice, and the appearance of ghosts after you say their names too often.

lol, loved Beetlejuice.

Little Shop of Horrors is a comedy with Steve Martin and Bill Murray.  Murray was a masochist and Martin was a sadist-dentist.  Murray sat in Martin's dental chair enjoying the whole pain experience that accompanies dental work, only to infuriate Martin.

I agree with you about Horror flicks.  Matter of fact, I got into a big tussle with Pate on the old forum regarding the genre called "Torture Porn".  You can guess who advocated it and who was against it.
