If you're talking about North Valley Baptist Church of Santa Clara CA, their website doesn't list anyone by that name on their staff page.
 
Treiber announced in a service that Cooper was going into another ministry. I completely forget if it is a position in a church or evangelism.
Cooper was to say something later in the service or at a later date, but I never heard that part.

Pretty sure I read Cooper was now in evangilism.

According to his facebook page he has been preaching in churches around the country for weeks.
