I've been wondering that myself. With a likely Republican majority in both houses of Congress, will a judge risk impeachment by interfering with the outcome of an election?

Assuming for the sake of argument he is genuinely guilty and deserves some kind of penalty, he should probably be fined or given a suspended sentence.

I would have posted this had the election gone the other way.

Out of necessity, I shut down all media in the house last night and had a quiet time of reflection and prayer. Not for any one result for this election but that I would maintain a biblical perspective. Besides, I needed sleep more than I needed to be kept up to date.
 
I went to bed last night I've been working day shift and I was going to check in the morning what happened. My family in Bulgaria called me at 2am and said turn the TV on . I got up and started crying happy tears that people got out and voted. Michigan went Rep and Dearborn Heights muslins voted for Trump. I thought Jesus is coming back. The people have spoken. I've always said WE the people have a voice well tonight we banned together. I've talked to many women that said they voted for Harris because they can get abortion. I've tried to let them know it has nothing to do with parties its your doctor and insurance. I've learned you can't change people on through knowledge can you learn . Trump brought Mandela to the US when he needed help. No one talked about that he' s racist. Do a fact check before you say anything about him. Trump is not perfect but he knows how to help America. Let's sit back and watch.
