It Ain't Over 'Til It's Over

Hogwash! Nobody is negating Trump's indiscretions...you've got to be a moron to think so. In the true fashion of idiocy we've come to expect of you, you thrive once again! The Trump administration didn't put these terribly warped, sexually frustrated individuals into cabinet positions or other positions of authority. And yes, we AREN'T electing a pastor. We're electing a political leader...I don't expect the political leaders to be 100% moral god's and goddesses. Some do....I suppose you are probably one of them. I can tell you this, if you can't show more intelligence than I've seen thus far I will probably avoid conversing with you. Maybe you should go the way of those who have gone before you.... ;)
I’m imagining an interview with John Wayne Gacy where he is asked if he’s as evil as Jeffery Dahmer.

“I don’t think so. Sure, I killed 31 people but at least I didn’t eat them.”

Rationalization I believe is the term for this kind of thinking.

Poor comparison....but, then thinking isn't your strong suit, is it? LOL Go rationalize that! ;)

I have always been a strong believer in the Constitution and States rights. Thomas Jefferson so wisely fought to mintain each states independence to make most decesions. Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and George Washington advocated for a federalist system where control and power rested in Washington. Luckly we ended up with a compromise where the federal goverment would have the highest authority but only in areas were they were given authority by the Constitution. Otherwise it was up to each individual state to decide. I still support this system and in area not identified by the constitution let the states decide for themselves, even if it hurts their population and their states.

Let us not be like those who promote the US Constitution only when it suites us.

Wait a minute...

You think the Dems are really about the Constitution?

I’ve never found a morally pure person.
I didn’t ask that.
Have you found anyone morally pure ENOUGH to allow you to vote for them?
And exactly how does that measuring stick work?

The redefinition of Russia’s policy on nuclear deterrence that Russian President Vladimir Putin signed this week, makes clear that Russia now considers the United States, the UK, and NATO at war with Russia.
Lobbing a few NATO-manufacture long-range missiles into Russia is unlikely to make any tactical or strategic difference in the war, not when Russia controls much of the Russian-speaking areas of Ukraine, including the Crimea as well as Donetsk and Luhansk provinces in eastern Ukraine. As I wrote in a previous essay, the Biden decision is best explained by what appears to be a preemptive military coup in which U.S. generals fearing prison terms and possible convictions for treason prefer the risk of triggering a global thermonuclear war rather than allowing Donald Trump to take office on January 20, 2024.

This is beginning to sound a little silly. I recall when Obama was a lame duck president, conspiracy theories were swirling everywhere about how he would be the last president ever, and how he was devising a strategy to stay in power. Well…he came and went, and so will Biden.

I don’t recall saying that I had such a measuring stick.
Seems one of us has a faulty memory.
Your objection to our…and evidently many unnamed and unknown friends of yours on Social Media…were supporting a candidate who was morally unqualified.
