I think any person could stalk your pseudonym.  It always amazes me when someone thinks they are important enough to be stalked.  It's a PUBLIC forum.  If you're that afraid of stalkers, I say don't post here.

I tried to join the other forum but could not and could only try to read some stuff there. It was plagued with serious programming issues and bugs. Not only that, but the owner over there has way to many ads, spam and other eye burning marketing junk on there. I cannot see how it ever got so many threads and posts. How did all of you stand it? I did not last but a few hours over there and I gave up. I am glad I found this place and have enjoyed it thus far!

It used to be owned by Andrew Teasdale and he actually moderated it and listened to people.  And it was not inundated by ads.  There were hundreds of people who posted regularly.

As Torrent said, it wasn't always like that. It changed ownership about two years ago, and the new owners ramped up the adverts while neglecting the functionality and usability.

Mind you, Duh-wayne got real personally involved with forum maintenance when a certain regular, who shall go nameless, publicly clowned him. Announcing openly that he is a hack and his forum had become a cesspool of incompetence tended to prompt swift action.

It looks like the BaptistBoard is still owed by Andrew (though I believe it is still run autonomously, not by him personally as the FFF had been).  That's what the FFF was like before he sold it, only less strict with the moderation.

i use my real name here...  my real middle name.  ..... but fortunately for me my first and last names are very common among hispanic females.. . .. you google that and you get list bigger than most phone books... .. i;m not on facebook...  and never have been......  so all of the aleshanees on facebook .. and there quite a few from what i;m told, are all other people .. ..  it happens to be a very common native american name too....  especially with the lakota .. .  but i know a lot of people who have had problems from being on facebook.. ..  both my brother and sister told me a long time ago about serious security and privacy issues with facebook... even before those issues hit the news... and so i never joined... .. after seeing the drama some of my room mates get into from facebook i think i;m better off without it.. . .

I finally joined Facebook again. So far it has been drama free, I just "friend" people I am actually "friends" with.
