You have to put a picture on line with like Photobucket or Flikr which will give your picture an URL that you can link to. Once you come to this forum, click on the Mona Lisa icon next to the red F and it will give you IMG tags. Copy the URL link from your Photobucket or Flikr and paste the URL between the brackets.

You can also do any unprotected pic on line by right clicking the picture, hit 'copy image address' and paste in between the IMG tags. In general, it posts only items that end in .png or .jpg or .gif.
