Covid dot gov

The definition site linked earlier offered a translator. Out of curiosity I set it to Spanish. Tonto is what it rendered. To me it makes sense. I guess it depends on the culture where Spanish is spoken. Tonto carries the connotation of being dumb, silly or senseless without much malice. It fits lunkhead well.

According to Google Translate, tonto = silly. I guess that's what 'lunkhead' means.
I thought it meant 'slow'.
Whatever happened to covid dot gov?
partly true... .. it actually refers to a silly sidekick.... but the same way most words of it;s kind in english get misapplied and generalized... - these types of spanish words get misused and misapplied too.. .. but people still understand what is meant by them........

As they say, language is always changing. Just look at the KJVO debate.
