How many of the Christian colleges whose tuition costs are shown are accredited? Not including Harvard.
Pensacola Christian College, The Crown College of the Bible, West Coast Baptist College, Bob Jones University are all members of the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS)*

* TRACS is now recognized by both the United States Department of Education (USDOE) and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) as a national institutional accrediting agency for Christian postsecondary institutions, colleges, universities, and seminaries.

https://www2.ed.gov/admins/finaid/accred/accreditation_pg6.html
Which just goes to show that accreditation means nothing when it comes to the quality of your education.
But it may mean everything on your student loan application, your FAFSA paperwork, many job applications, your form OF-612 federal job application (for supervisor positions), for most military advancements, and for some corporate advancement...

I'm not taking a position if Christian College's should be accredited, I'm just saying it does make a difference regarding the graduates? long term opportunities.

Of course it does.  I never said otherwise.

Yep, especially when the Chairwoman of the House Republican Conference (highest ranking Republican woman) is a graduate of PCC.

While I am sure that her position had little to do with her going to PCC, but more to do with personal character, ambition and hard work, the point still stands that accreditation means nothing when it comes to the quality of your education.

Our former Congressman's wife is a PCC grad and she does a great rendition of the National Anthem acappella.  Don't know that that post belongs here, but it is a post.

I believe Trinity in Jacksonville also has TRACS accreditation.

Of course....as long as Mike's wife is there.

I do not eat lunch alone with other women either, It's just the way I was raised. I also do not travel to corporate functions or meetings alone in a car with another women. That's just the way I was raised and it is out of respect for my wife. I know others who used to travel frequently with female coworkers and at least 2 left their wives and married the coworkers. The two men I am referring to were not Christians as far as I know, but it still not a good idea. To each their own I guess.

I don't go to lunch or dinner with a women other than my wife or daughter, but I don't have a problem giving a female co-worker a lift to work.

I don't email or text young women without copying my wife on the text or email.

I think your precaution is wise; it's too easy to get into the habit of talking about personal stuff, and then one develops an emotional bond, which can lead to immorality.

This is my primary practice as well.

I will not criticize what you practice. If I was a woman representative or senator I may feel slighted that my male colleagues have more opportunity to influence the VP than I would have. I may also feel that the "boys club" is being perpetuated.  Due to the job Joseph held he found himself  along with a woman. His decision not to sin kept him pure not the fact he avoided the situation.  Nothing wrong with precaution but not every situation has a blanket answer.

One way to look at it, Pence has removed a bullet from the democrat playbook. Pence if he follows his standard already mentioned, he will not be accused of being a two face liar of saying he loves his wife and playing the field. Nor can one use blackmail over his head.

Wait....how is this in the Democrat playbook?  A Republican has never accused at Democrat? He could have lunch with a woman representative or a woman senator in a public restaurant and talk business and not give anyone blackmail. He is welcome to do whatever he wants but don't make it into something it is not.

When it comes to the workplace, there have been times I've eaten alone with a woman and even traveled out of state alone with a woman (separate hotel rooms, of course). I've gave a female co-worker a ride to and from work for about 4 months one time, while she and her husband were in process of replacing her car that was in an accident. There was never a single instance or even a suggestion of any impropriety. They were professional people on a professional mission as was I.

So I have determined each of these encounters are OK for me concerning my work. However, I will not socialize alone with a woman, other than my family. But then again, I don't have problem with folks who do unless I know the envelope is being pushed.

Besides, my position isn't as much of it being a precaution as it is to me being an introvert. ;)

This article fits the subject.  (College costs, not Mike Pence and his wife)
