Wow, this is out of stuff fundies like, the Fundamentalist Rulebook
#4. If you cannot win an argument with logic you must simply outlast your opponent. Once he gives up, declare victory.

Well I personally have nothing against the city, nor do I have nothing against a man smoking a cigar...but then again I'm SBC!  Glad to be free from extra-biblical restrictions for more than 39 years and counting! :)

I used to go visit my cousins in the country, growing up and had a blast, shooting guns and hanging in the woods... Good memories

Okay, I have to weigh in on this. All my life growing up I was in church and heard about the Heavenly City and the Streets of Gold. To be real honest, it does not do as much for me as "Tumblen Tubleweed, Oh bury me not on the lone prairie, Oh When I die, take my saddle off the wall, put it on my pony lead him out of the stall, tie my bones to his back, turn our faces to the west. And we'll ride the prairies that we love the best."

I guess you would have to be raised in the country to understand. ;)

I have never really thought about Heaven much, either. And the New Jerusalem will descend out of Heaven.  Nope, Jesus saved me,  35 years ago, and all I have ever looked forward to is martyrdom, and the Millenial Reign, when the 'good guys' are finally in charge.
Maybe just me...  but I'm thinkin God's new Garden, will out do the old one.  I'd like to climb a 1000' tall tree, or swim in  a crystal clear lake, along side my former food.
