.I did look at a couple of states and did not see that even if 100% of the Libertarian party votes went to Trump that the outcome would have changed. Were there any states where this was true?
a few days after they said all votes were counted and the election was officially over, i looked at the statistics in pennsylvania .. georgia.... ... and i think 3 other states.... i would have to see what i was looking at then, but at that time the libertarian votes exceeded the number by which the democrats were shown to have beaten trump by.... ...unless they kept adding votes to the total even after that... ...which they very well could have..... this was an election where no rules applied unless they were applied against republicans........the numbers of libertarian votes above the democrats margin wasn;t much.... but it was enough according to what i saw... .. and i was too iritated to go back and look at it again... .... .but maybe i should have.... i could be wrong and could have gotten mad at poor old jo jorgensen for nothing..... .... (wouldn;t be the first time i did something like that)..... ... but i had to direct all that anger over trumps loss at something and i was right on principle ..... ..
........ but seriously i did see it at that time.... .and was kinda confused as to why no one among the republicans brought it up...... maybe that was why..
edit....
ok..... i looked up one of the old news reports from fox....... what i remembered was pennsylvania and georgia.... which could have changed as the post office brought in more biden only ballots...... but the numbers at the time of the fox news report showed libertarian votes outnumbering dems winning margin in nevada... wisconsin and also michigan.......... here is the report on it....
Did Biden get an edge from Libertarian vote in critical swing states?
As Americans awaited the final ballot results and Joe Biden held a slim lead over President Trump on Wednesday night, some analysts were zeroing in on the Libertarian vote in critical states as a potential help to the Democratic nominee.
