Will Romney's choice of Gen-Xer running mate work in his favor?

I'm not sure that Ryan's age will be that much of a benefit, but his ability to forcefully articulate conservative ideology will be.

How many think we will not be seeing a Ryan/Biden debate?

Why are people still taking "Gen-Xer" to connote a young adult? At 41, I'd consider myself middle-aged, and Paul Ryan is almost a year older.

For that matter, Barack Obama, who was born in 1961, could also be considered part of Generation X, at its loosest definition.

Biden wouldn't stand a chance.

Saw this earlier on FB...shows how befuddled he can be LOL....

Well, in a Freudian slip kind of way Joe got it right:

Joe Biden has as much chance of beating Paul Ryan in a debate as he would of beating Nolan Ryan at baseball.

The Ryan choice is a big deal, but not because of Ryan's age.
