We usually order a prime rib here at the Caines Manor. Since we're visiting her sister Christmas Eve and prime rib is on the menu, we decided to order a smoked country ham from a small meat shop in the podunk outpost of Winchester ID, about a half hour drive out of town. They work with local providers and have come highly recommend. About all you can find here in town are sugary spiral cut hams. NO THANKS. Their prices are fair so, it's worth the time to drive up there.
