What is a HACker Forum?

The 1984 Caber, has Bro. Hyles's "What Is A College?" inside both its front and back covers. 
It reads different answers to the questions such as:

A college is a place to learn that Mom and Dad know more than we thought they did.
A college is a place to learn what I don't know in order to learn what else I don't know

What if we were to have a thread, "What is the HACker Forum"?  It will help us to add numbers to our big day, if, as always, we keep it to entry per thread. 

If you want to wait until next Thursday to post, it's all right as long as you write your ideas down on a 3x5 card and post each individually on the big day itself.
