The latter popped into my head immediately upon reading the thread title.

"How to Build a Big Church in a Small Town" - Jon Jenkins

He preached the antithesis of Fundamental Leadership and changed my viewpoint on pastoring forever.  His preaching against "Positional Authority" was such a breath of fresh air!

I've visited  the church and college in Gaylord, Michigan and I love their radio and music .

To be honest, the only one I can still remember with any clarity was "The 6 Ships in Psalm 1" by Jim Delaschmitt.

I remember Tom William's testimony.  There wasn't a dry eye in the building.

In the early 2000's he did a week long class at HAC under the same topic. Somehow or other I got a hold of a cassette album of it. It was absolutely outstanding.

"Be instant"- Mark Turner

"Man Overboard for the Lord"-
Ron Talley

"What a Day" by Jack Schaap.

Not because it was some great homiletic or theological masterpiece, but because as a young teen it instilled in me a love for preaching. (at least what I considered it then) I would not put together or preach a similar sermon now, but a fourteen year old boy could have been listening to much worse things. I listened to that sermon every time I got in the car, before I went to sleep at night and many times in between. I then began to listen to every 'preachin' tape I could get in my hands.

My philosophy has changed, my desires have changed, but I really believe falling in love with that sermon changed the direction of my life. (humanly speaking...of course)

None.  I can't remember them!  I do remember Mr. Schaap yelling that we don't need great faith just faith in a great God for one chapel sermon, and that is the only one I remember.  Don't know if that's good or bad.  =)  On the other hand, I remember some of Bro. Hyles' sermons that he preached at Sword conferences such as:  Duty, Fresh Oil, etc.

Interesting.  I was traveling recently and visited a church that had their tour group, and it was mostly (toned-down) CCM.

Mike Fish -riding a bicycle without a seat.

Rebecca, I also remember a Schaap sermon, 'A little bit of faith'.  Not sure why that one stuck but....

Brother Hookers sermon: "Don't Forget Jesus" was one of the hundreds I heard that stuck out in my mind.

Bro. Grady's sermon:
"Knew Ye Not That They Would Shoot From the Wall" is another sermon that I remember that made me really think.
