I first met Bro. Bill at a church in Nevada back in the early 90's. He set our church on fire for passing out tracts. After he left, our tract rack was always empty.
He's the only "missionary" whose letters I keep. They are something else. This man knows no fear.
As proof of that, he wrote a book about flying a small plane over the Vatican and dumped tracts out the window. You gotta read that book!
