Trouble opening up PMs

Is anyone else having trouble opening up PMs?
 
I thought I was until I realized that when you click on the link and it shows the title, you have to scroll down. So you click "Read your messages" then you will see the message titles at the top. Scroll down and you get to the actual messages.

See if that works.
