When he introduces himself to the "world" as real gay Christian, I am sure he will not have anyone with an opposing view at the meeting.

It is impossible to justify homosexuality as being okay with God. Impossible.

Article says "But as he looked closer at the Bible, he found nothing condemning same-sex relationships between adults in the modern sense."  He must have skipped Romans.

I'd like to know how he knows "it's okay". For one to "know" something there has to be an absolute basis for knowing it - absolute truth. No where does it say in the Bible that homosexuality nor can you absolutely say that God says it is okay.
