The new Perry Mason on HBO Max

Whomever wrote this new, younger version of Perry Mason, wrote a part for a female evangelist who had a great congregation that met in a large “temple” that resembles the old Hammond Civic Center. She also broadcasts “God’s message“ over the radio. She uses her church and congregation to her own purpose. It is my belief that this writer must’ve spent some time either in FBCH or researching it! It sure seems a copy of the long-late Jack Hyles! I realize that he was not the only charlatan around, but it gave me chills. Give it a look and experience “old home week”!

P.S. I am still hoping Joy Evans Ryder’s law suit is a win that bankrupts and somehow punishes every defendant! Hooray for Joy and her courage and persistence!
