The literary case for polygamy

If the plural of mouse is mice, then the plural of spouse should be spice.  Hence, variety is the spice of life.

However, there is a case to be made that a man who has spice is a louse. 
 
The last time I wrote a poem here I got in trouble.  :-\
 
I thought the thread was going to be a proof for mental illness 8)
 
If you have more than one wife it is call polygamy. If you only have one wife it is called monotony.
