this is less fat wheat pasta with fat free cheese with Ritz crackers crumbled in it delicious!!! :)
 
Here's my favorite "fighting time out" snack...

You give me a good idea ... Ritz crackers mixed with hot butter on top.

Or, cheddar cheese sauce mixed with crab meat on top.

That's about what it is. Velveeta isn't cheese, but some sort of simulated cheesy stuff.  :P

But I bet I could find Bobby Flay's mac and cheese recipe that he used for one of his Throwdown episodes. It's probably on the Food Network, and it sure sounded delicious.

My kids call that stuff 'white people food'.  When I pastored a Black congregation, I loved pot luck meals, cuz that baked mac n real cheese was hittin'.  But the spaghetti was awful.

My mom made the best homemade mac and cheese when I was a kid.  But then she went on a diet.  Goodness, I haven't had hers for well over 30 years.  Man, I could hoover up a plateful right about now!
